In addition to original raw materials, our factory was established with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
Hassan Textile Inc. is one of the largest companies in its field in Turkey. Hassan, which gives its name to the group, operates in a 15,000 m² indoor facility in Hadımköy, Istanbul. It produces needlepunch and patterned felt from original synthetic fibers. Products with weights ranging from 80 g/m² to 2000 g/m², in various sizes, thicknesses, and hardness levels, are manufactured according to order.
Founded in 2007 as a member of the Hassan Group, “Pelsan Textile Products Inc.” carries out polyethylene membrane production and lamination in its 25,000 m² indoor facility in Hadımköy. Pelsan, which produced Turkey’s first breathable film, meets the needs of sectors such as medical, hygiene, and insulation.
CATSİS Felt Industry and Trade Inc. provides services to the Automotive and Home Appliances sectors with its expert staff, offering thermal and acoustic insulation felts, all types of automotive carpets, roof and floor coverings, and sound and vibration damping bitumen plates.
Teksis was established as the export company of the HASSAN Group, and its main mission is to export products manufactured by HASSAN Group companies worldwide. Exporting group products to international markets, raw material trading and import activities, and the sale of various other materials in global markets are among TEKSİS’s key objectives.
TELASİS has been producing adhesive and non-adhesive NONWOVEN INTERLINING under the CLASS 4X4 brand since 1995. At Telasis, using the thermal bonding technique (carded thermobonded), interlinings are produced with the most advanced nonwoven technologies, tailored to the application area and customer requirements.
Merkas Textile Industry and Trade Inc., which joined the Hassan Group’s nonwoven production tradition dating back to 1939 in 2011, was established to meet the nonwoven needs of various sectors, primarily hygiene, as well as medical, apparel, and filtration industries.
